Introduction! (Who am I?)

My name is Emily and I'm 19 years old. I never grew up going to church or anything like that. My mom had accepted Jesus when she was a teenager. As a child, I always had an amazing home and I had gone to several Bible camps, I always had a background knowledge about God and that He does exist. Throughout my whole life until the moment I accepted Jesus as Lord, I always wondered so many things and never understood why things were the way they are, I was always different from everybody around me. As I got older I continued to believe in God, but the older I got, the more unrighteous I started to live. My life was fairly easy until elementary school, that is when my life started progressively getting worse. In high school I had a lot of life changing things happen such as depression, anxiety, drug abuse, hatred, suicidal thoughts etc. In March 2015, I found out about Jesus Christ and accepted Him into my life. When I accepted Jesus as my personal Saviour, I had truly been set free; from all of the things of the world and of satan. My heart and mind had become new, I had received a whole new beginning.
